- Coordinate your Claims, Underwriting and Premium Audit staff to
develop
and implement a premium fraud/evasion investigative process or business
unit (SIU).
- Identify general premium fraud/evasion indicators as well as those
that you are more likely to encounter
- Build the necessary legal relationships for civil and criminal
proceedings
- Compile a premium fraud/evasion case and/or train your staff to do so
- Perform a forensic premium audit on your behalf
